Understand your balances
Coins and Cash are in-game resources. They are not money, a financial balance, or something you can cash out.
Check the currency symbol beside every entry cost, item, and reward. Different features can use different resources, and tournament entry can also depend on tickets or other requirements shown in the app.
Rewards and purchases
Available missions, activities, and offers show their own requirements and rewards. Read the description before starting, including whether a reward must be claimed and whether an offer expires.
If you choose to buy an item, confirm the price, contents, and payment account in the app-store purchase screen. Do not share verification codes, payment credentials, or account passwords with anyone claiming to offer free currency.
Equip your style
Visit your profile or the relevant customization area to review owned items and choose what to equip. Cues, avatars, frames, and club appearances can give your game its own look. Check the item description for its actual attributes and eligibility.
If a purchase needs attention
Allow time for the purchase to complete, then check that you are using the same game account. Contact support with your player ID, the item, date, store, and order reference. Do not include a full card number or password.
