Planetary rooms give every match a different setting. Start with an entry cost that feels comfortable for your balance.
Browse the available rooms and look for one that is open to your account. A room can have its own entry cost, displayed reward, eligibility requirements, and rule selection.
Check before you join
- Read the entry amount and make sure you understand the virtual currency being used.
- Check the room’s rules, especially any required pocket calls.
- Leave enough time to finish the match without switching away from the app.
- Use a stable connection and keep your device charged.
Coins and Cash are virtual currencies. A displayed in-game prize is not a cash payout.
During the match
Watch the active player indicator and turn timer. After your opponent’s shot, reassess the table before committing to your next one. If you receive ball in hand, position the cue ball inside the allowed area.
If your connection drops
Return to the app promptly and follow any reconnect instructions. Do not assume a match has been cancelled or refunded when your connection fails. If the final result looks incorrect, contact support with your player ID, the approximate time, and the room or match reference if available.
