Read the event details
A tournament is a series of matches. Preparing for the next one matters as much as winning the current one.
Check the format, eligibility, entry requirements, rules, and displayed rewards before joining. Some events may require tickets or a particular account level. Treat the details shown for that event as the source of truth.
Follow the bracket
Use the tournament’s bracket or match board to see your pairing and progress. A completed match does not always mean the next one begins immediately; check the event screen for waiting periods or a new ready prompt.
Stay ready for the next round
- Keep the app available while the competition is running.
- Watch for the next-match prompt and any readiness deadline.
- Read the match’s rule selection before taking your first shot.
- Avoid entering if you cannot remain available for later rounds.
Missing a ready or join deadline can affect your result. Use the countdown displayed in the event rather than assuming all tournaments share the same timing.
Check the recorded result
Review the bracket and reward status after the match or event ends. If something appears wrong, keep the event name, approximate time, and match reference and send them privately to support.
